The house is situated in the small charming village of Guinadi where you can find Bar, Restaurant, Shop and Tennis Club and is only 15 minutes away from the beautiful town of Pontremoli in the province of Massa Carrara in the upper valley of the Magra.

Pontremoli is one of the biggest town in the Lunigiana area and famous for its Stele Statue Museum housed in the Castello del Piagnaro.

The property is only 10 minutes away from the highway and with easy access to cities like La Spezia, Carrara and Massa (50 km), Viareggio (80 km), Parma (90 km).

For ski lovers, Zum Zeri is around 40 minutes away and Cerreto Laghi (RE) around one hour away.
