In the medieval town of Cevoli, a few meters from the better-known Lari (province of Pisa), stands this fascinating historic property dating back to the late 1600s in excellent condition.

Historically the palace belonged to the vicariate of the imperial court whose officials governed on behalf of the emperor in distant territories and important and prestigious palaces like this one were chosen for this role. A very short distance from Cevoli we find the castle of Lari dating back to the year one thousand and also home to a Florentine vicariate.

The building is full of charm due to its originality and the preciousness of the materials and historical elements. It measures 1,000 m2 and is arranged over three floors and offers 5,000 m2 of well-kept land with various types of plants including olive trees.

Going up we find the top floor of 300 sqm to be renovated. Currently some rooms are still habitable and are used for storage, study and ironing purposes. A part of the attic lends itself to being transformed into a splendid loggia with spectacular views of the surrounding hills.
